County Legislature candidate(s) on Facebook (updated)

Carl Disalvatore, the Democratic candidate looking to take District 12 of the Jefferson County Legislature, is up with a Facebook page for his candidacy, proving that no politics is too small-potatoes for the social media site.

He's taking on Carolyn Fitzpatrick, the Legislature chairwoman, in the Nov. 8 election.

Republican Jonathan Hirschey, too, has a Facebook page of his own. Mr. Hirschey is running against Mike Astafan for the open District 6 seat.

A quick search of Facebook has turned up no other Legislature candidate pages — though a few other candidates have personal pages. (I have been wrong before, keep in mind. [Update: I was wrong here, too. I didn't have Mr. Hirschey originally. Thanks, eagle-eyed reader.)
