POTSDAM In celebration of Constitution Day, Clarkson University alumnus Leo J. Titus Jr., president of the mid-Atlan-tic division of ECS Ltd., will address Clarkson students at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the college student center forum.
Mr. Titus was one of the first engineers on the scene at the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001, and he was presented an award for Outstanding Contributions by a Civilian Member by the Washington, D.C., post of the Society of American Military Engineers in 2001.
Mr. Tituss presentation is free and open to the public.
