POTSDAM — John “Jack” and Joyce Eikenberg of Bonita Springs, Fla., have created the John ’59 and Joyce Eikenberg Endowed Scholarship Fund at Clarkson University.

Mr. Eikenberg, an alumnus of Clarkson, has been group president of Revere Copper and Brass, chief operating officer at Cuisinart and president, CEO and chairman of Mr. Coffee. In 2004, the Eikenbergs established Eikenberg Management Services.

Their scholarship will provide financial assistance to students from Rome who have demonstrated strong academic promise and leadership and who enroll in Clarkson’s School of Business or Wallace H. Coulter School of Engineering.
