Hill: Hoyer to stump for Owens

Rep. Steny Hoyer, a top member of the minority Democratic Party in the House of Representatives, will hit the campaign trail for Rep. Bill Owens, reports The Hill.

The Hill describes Mr. Owens as one of the "most threatened" in the House of Representatives. That's based on the Cook Political Report, which deems the race "leans Democratic."

(That analysis, though, could change after redistricting, which is why I've resisted giving it any ink.)

I've reached out to Mr. Owens' people about what the definition of "hit the campaign trail" is for Mr. Hoyer, who is from Maryland.
