FORT DRUM — The U.S. Army Garrison will be conducting a change-of-responsibility ceremony at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Magrath Sports Complex.

Command Sgt. Maj. John F. McNeirney will relinquish responsibilities to Command Sgt. Maj. Mark H. Oldroyd.

Maj. McNeirney will take responsibility of the 11 Military Police Corps, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.

Maj. Oldroyd recently served in the same capacity for the 1st Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team.
