Lorraine woman cited with hitting teenage girl
A Lorraine woman is facing a charge of endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly hitting a 16-year-old girl several times Saturday night, according to state police.
Meghan R. Beutel, 23, of 3369 French Settlement Road, was released Saturday night following arraignment in town of Watertown Court.
Taylor Blasco, Watertown, told police she initially was struck twice while in Ms. Beutels vehicle at routes 11 and 177 in the town of Adams, and was hit some more after she exited the auto.
