Two people charged with disorderly conduct in Watertown fights

Two people face counts of disorderly conduct

Watertown police charged a man and woman with disorderly conduct over separate disturbances early Sunday on city streets.

Deanna R. Decker, 22, of 906 Boyd St., was cited at 1:40 a.m. in the 1300 block of State Street, where police said she was fighting with a man.

James L. Rosser III, 22, Fort Drum, is accused of rushing a person in a gathering of people in the 500 block of Arsenal Street about 2 a.m. and motioning as if he were going to hit somebody, police said.

Both are summoned to City Court.
