I can tell you right now that this is going to be a big old waste of money.

Ogdensburg city councilmen want to pay a law firm $195 an hour to figure out whether they can release to the public the results of an investigation. Here's the short version that I will provide for free: they can.

The more inane part? Some city councilmen want to use the law firm to figure out who leaked the document to the press.

Here, again, pro bono, is the short version to that: You're not getting answers out of us.
