Police say city man sent sexual texts to teen girl
Derrick W. Wesley, 24, of 152 Academy St., Apt. 102, faces prosecution in City Court on allegations that he sent text messages of a sexual nature to a 15-year-old girl, according to Watertown police.
He was charged Monday with endangering the welfare of a child.
