Ogdensburg woman cited with stealing from Sears
MASSENA — Jessica L. Thomas, 28, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police with one count of petit larceny at 8:07 p.m. Friday.
She is accused of stealing $741.76 in clothing and jewelry from Sears, St. Lawrence Centre.
She was arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $750 bail or $1,500 bond.
