Police accuse city woman of breaking man’s nose

Watertown police charged Billie J. Giddings, 37, of 507 E. Main St., Apt. 2, with third-degree assault at 1:12 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of High Street.

She is accused of breaking the nose of Clifford K. Pickett, Watertown, by punching him in the face early Saturday at Hitchin’ Post Tavern, 404 Court St., according to court documents.

She was arraigned Saturday in Watertown City Court and released after posting $500 bail.
