City Councilwoman charged with DWI

City Councilwoman Roxanne Burns has been charged with aggravated DWI after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident.
Ms. Burns won re-election to another four-year term in November. She was unopposed. I interviewed her for my stories on Mayor Jeff Graham and Councilman Jeff Smith; I asked whether she'd ever consider running for mayor, and she said that she'd never rule it out.
