Woman accused of false personation

Watertown woman cited with false personation
City police charged Lisha M. Skeldon, 19, of 715 State St., with false personation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failure to keep right at 2:59 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of North Massey Street.
She was held at the Jefferson County Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court. As of Sunday afternoon, a $250 cash bail had not been paid.
