MASSENA — State police charged Leah B. Musante, 18, of 14 Chase St., with a misdemeanor count of second-degree aggravated harassment Tuesday after she allegedly left an obscene threatening message on another person’s Facebook page.

Troopers said that about 11:50 p.m. Dec. 19, Ms. Musante sent an expletive-laced message to the Facebook account of Shannon M. Giarratano, suggesting she would find out where Ms. Giarratano lived “and I will stand outside of your ....... house until you plan on leaving & beat the living .... out of you.”

She was arraigned by Massena Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released on her own recognizance. Judge Sharlow also issued a no-contact order that directs her to stay away from Ms. Giarratano.
