Cuomo slates regional states of state

Members of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's cabinet will deliver regional states of the state messages, including an appearance by Dede Scozzafava in Plattsburgh at 1 p.m. today.

Mr. Cuomo laid out his vision for the next 12 months in Albany on Wednesday. These new events dovetail nicely with Mr. Cuomo's "bring the message to the people" message.
