Police charge Clayton teen with rape

Police: Clayton teen faces third-degree rape charges
John P. Kane, 17, of Clayton, was charged by state police at 3:59 p.m. Thursday with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
The victim was incapable of consensual sex and had been drinking alcohol illegally, police said. They were unable to provide information about whether he was arraigned.
