Lowville man charged with harassing woman
SUNDAY, JANUARY 15, 2012
LOWVILLE — Village police on Friday charged William C. Morley, 65, Lowville Heights, Railroad Street, with second-degree harassment.
Mr. Morley was accused of having unwanted contact with Mandi Lawlee, Lowville, on Tuesday. He is to appear in Village Court.
