CANTON Ralph Temgoua scored a career-high 31 points and Kyle Miller made three free throws with six seconds left to lift the St. Lawrence mens basketball team to a 68-66 Liberty League victory over Union College Saturday at the Burkman Gymnasium.
Miller finished with 12 points and Terry Parham provided 10 points and five assists for the Saints (8-7 overall, 4-3 league), who earned their third straight win. Temgoua was 11-for-19 from the field and added seven rebounds and three assists.
Terell Winney sank five 3-pointers and finished with 18 points for Union (9-6, 2-5).
CLARKSON 106, RENSSELAER 94
John Coleman scored 22 points as the Golden Knights scored their most points since the 1989-90 season in a Liberty League win at the Alumni Gymnasium.
Nate Uline and Dylan Hodownes added 18 points apiece for Clarkson (11-4, 4-2).
Matthew Pooley led Rensselaer (6-9, 3-4) with 21 points.
FREDONIA STATE 47, SUNY POTSDAM 44
Kevin Mitchell scored a game-high 14 points as the Blue Devils held off the Bears for a SUNYAC win in Fredonia.
Julius Bryant scored 13 points and Dalton Kashmer added 12 for Fredonia State (9-6, 4-5).
Curtis Pierce and Tony Efese scored 10 points apiece for SUNY Potsdam (4-12, 2-7).
MAINE AT FORT KENT 80, SUNY CANTON 63
Manny Odgugbela dropped in 19 points to lead the Bengals past the Roos in Fort Kent, Maine.
Sophomore Khalid Vaugh led the SUNY Canton (8-6) with 15 points. Freshman Tyler Ellison added eight points and eight rebounds.
CORNING CC 74, JEFFERSON CC 69
Jacob Kleya supplied 17 points, seven rebounds and three steals to lead Corning Community College (8-11, 3-2) to a Mid-State Athletic Conference win over the visiting Cannoneers.
Jabriel Blue scored 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Jefferson Community College (9-10, 4-2). Tom Kelso added 15 points.
WOMENS BASKETBALL
ST. LAWRENCE 49, UNION 47
The Saints went a 10-2 run over the last seven minutes of regulation to hold off the Dutchwomen in a Liberty League game at Burkman Gymnasium.
Kelly Legg scored 13 points to lead St. Lawrence (11-4, 7-0), which won its eighth straight game.
Brittney Kenney scored 12 points for Union (7-8, 3-4).
CLARKSON 57, RENSSELAER 56
Freshman Raeanne Clabeaux made a layup as the buzzer sounded to send the Golden Knights to a dramatic Liberty League win in Potsdam.
Clabeaux finished with 10 points and 12 rebounds, and Carey Turner scored a team-high 13 points for Clarkson (6-8, 1-5).
Hillary McKinley scored 23 points and Sarah Wetmore added 21 for Rensselaer (9-7, 3-4).
FREDONIA STATE 66, SUNY POTSDAM 55
Becky Hebert scored 20 points to power the Blue Devils past the Bears in a SUNYAC game at Fredonia.
Liz Wierbinski and Nicole Calbi each scored 12 points for Fredonia State (8-7, 5-5).
For SUNY Potsdam (4-12, 2-7), Katy Briedis provided 14 points, and Kaley Arsenault added 12 off the bench.

Elissa St. Germain scored a season-high 17 points with four rebounds as the Roos won in Fort Kent, Maine.
Junior Kaitlin added 11 points and five rebounds and junior Jackie Sedlacek contributed 10 points and 12 boards for SUNY Canton (4-12).

Joelle Percy sank her seventh 3-pointer of the game with 11 seconds left in overtime to give the Cannoneers a Mid-State Athletic Conference victory at Corning.
Percy finished with 33 points and nine rebounds, Morgan Kiernan scored 18 and Amber Dibble supplied 15 points and 12 rebounds for Jefferson Community College (5-13, 3-3).
Heather Reynolds led Corning Community College (9-9, 2-3) with 31 points.

Martin Ausserhofer made 20 saves to earn a shutout for the Statesmen as they picked up a nonconference win over the Bears in Geneva.
Brad Richard bagged a pair of goals for Hobart (10-7).
Kevin McFarland stopped 49 shots for SUNY Potsdam (6-10-2).

Danielle Skirrows goal off of a rebound 12:46 into third period helped the Golden Knights earn a tie with the Saints in an ECAC conference game at Potsdam.
Erica Howe made 29 saves for Clarkson (14-7-5, 8-4-2).
Captain Karell Emard had the lone marker for St. Lawrence (14-7-4, 8-4-1).

Annmarie Lewis tied the game six minutes, 22 seconds into the third period to help the Bears earn a tie with the Pioneers in an ECAC West game in Potsdam.
Jen Conophy turned aside 32 shots for SUNY Potsdam (7-7-2).
Megan Myers had a goal and an assist for Utica (6-8-1).
