A case of ripping off soldiers that originated in Watertown will be front and center in Washington, D.C. at a news conference with financial cop bigwigs.
Richard Cordray, the director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman will announce a new measure to protect servicemembers from getting ripped off.
