CARTHAGE A woman faces allegations that she threw a knife at one of her children in June and hit another in the head with her fist in October.
Chong W. Williams, 38, of 10890 Old State Road, town of Denmark, was charged by Lewis County sheriffs deputies Thursday with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said they were recently informed of the two alleged incidents. In the June incident, the thrown knife did not hit the child. She is due to answer the charges in Denmark Town Court.
