The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Shawn M. Ogrodnik, 22, of 14398 North Shore Road Extension, Diana, was charged by state police at 2:08 a.m. Friday on North Shore Road. Police determined his blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.

Under state law, the threshold for intoxicated driving is 0.08 percent.

■ Lou M. Ferguson, 48, of 516 Holcomb St., was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 4:12 a.m. Friday on Route 11 in the town of Watertown. Deputies said his BAC was 0.14 percent.
