Watertown police charged Trung Quoc Nguyen, 28, Jillian J. Drake, 20, and Seth D. Cummings, 21, all of 136 N. Meadow St., Apt. B, with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and criminal nuisance about 1:40 a.m. Friday at their residence.

Police said all three are accused of allowing a 16-year-old girl to consume alcohol beverages at their residence. They are to appear in Watertown City Court.
