Watertown police early Saturday charged Pierre I. Auguste, 20, of 10212 4th Armored Division Drive, Apt. 256, Fort Drum, with using his arm to break a window at PR’s Dance Club, 1309 State St.

Mr. Auguste was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is to appear in City Court.
