Watertown police early Sunday charged Jillian J. Drake, 20, of 136 N. Meadow St., Apt. B, with allowing underage drinking at her residence.

Ms. Drake was charged with criminal nuisance, answerable in City Court.

Police also arrested Seth D. Cummings, 21, same address, on a warrant for an alleged probation violation, and he was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building. In November, he pleaded guilty in Jefferson County Court to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

City police on Jan. 27 charged both Ms. Drake and Mr. Cummings with allowing a 16-year-old girl to consume alcohol at their apartment.
