Norfolk woman ticketed after striking man in parking lot
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2012
MASSENA - A Norfolk woman was ticketed after she struck a pedestrian Thursday morning in the Harte Haven Shopping Plaza parking lot.
Village police ticketed Sally M. Blair, 57, of Norfolk for failure to use due care at 11:50 a.m. Thursday.
Police said she struck Donald Shade, 87, of Orleans, Ont.
Strade was transported by the Massena Rescue Squad to Massena Memorial Hospital.
Police said Strade was treated for complaints of hip pain and a possible broken leg.
