David J. Shampine, 86 of Linden Ave. Waddington, passed away on Feb. 9, 2012 at the St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena. Among his survivors is his wife Sonja. Arrangements are incomplete with the Phillips Memorial Home in Waddington. A complete obituary will follow.
