The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Patrick M. Cummings, 34, Turin, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies with aggravated DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and refusal to take a roadside breath test at 12:11 a.m. Friday on Payne Road in the town of West Turin.
