NORFOLK — Gaylord L. Baxter, 90, formerly of 9607 State Highway 56, died Friday afternoon at the St. Regis Nursing Home, where he had been a resident since February 2007.
There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held in the spring in Louisville Community Cemetery.
