Government should be run like a business

Gov. Andrew Cuomo has presented efficiency measures in government to bring relief to the people of New York with a property tax growth cap. This measure would protect us (the taxpayers) from our local governments.

Our local governments lack focus. They are filled with dysfunction. The village of Dexter wishes to override Mr. Cuomo’s work so they can continue additional taxing. I read this in the Watertown Daily Times. Is this ethical standards? We must install private-sector thinking. Let’s run government like a business.
