Three men were sentenced Thursday in Jefferson County Court to three years probation after completing Drug Court.
For completing the substance abuse rehabilitation program that serves as an alternative to incarceration, Cory A. Brown, 32, Watertown, had a January 2011 conviction for felony driving while intoxicated vacated and was allowed to plead guilty to the amended charge of DWI as a misdemeanor. In addition to probation supervision, he was fined $1,000 and had his drivers license revoked. He was charged with DWI in October 2010 on State Street in Watertown.
Anthony M. Butler, 24, Rochester, had an April 2010 guilty plea to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance vacated and entered a guilty plea to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He had admitted selling cocaine in the county in July 2009.
Sean D. Allen, 29, Clayton, had a December 2010 guilty plea to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property vacated and entered a guilty plea to the same charge in the fifth degree. He had been accused in October 2010 of possessing electronic devices stolen from vehicles.
Also Thursday, Sean M. Miles, 34, Watertown, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and was referred to Drug Court. He had been charged in a grand jury indictment handed up in November with selling cocaine in July.
