CARTHAGE — Altha M. Hellinger, 95, formerly of 38 N. Broad St., died Friday at Rockhill General Hospital in Vernon, Conn. A graveside service will be held on Thursday in the Black River Cemetery at 11 a.m.

Arrangements are with the Scherer Funeral Home, which is now located at the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc. at 500 State St. in Carthage, 13619.
