Potsdam man is charged with petit larceny

POTSDAM — A Potsdam man is to appear in Potsdam Town Court after state police charged him with petit larceny.
Troopers said Sunday that Matthew A. Dewey, 23, left Walmart in Potsdam without paying for $37.96 worth of merchandise.
He was given an appearance ticket.
