Watertown Mayor Jeff Graham has mailed the two state legislators who represent Watertown — Assemblywoman Addie Russell and Sen. Patty Ritchie — urging them to support Gov. Andrew Cuomo's pension plan.

Mrs. Russell, D-Theresa, has been cool to some of Mr. Cuomo's particulars, including his proposal to give future employees the option of a 401(K) style retirement plan. Mrs. Ritchie supports Mr. Cuomo on pensions.
