John R. Molnar, 57, of 1115 Lafayette St., was ticketed Monday at 12:30 p.m. on Ford Street for failure to stop at a steady red light following a collision with another vehicle. Ogdensburg police identified the other motorist as Robert A. Whitcomb, 48, of 63 Arnold Road.

Francis M. Loucks, 37, of 8 Oak St., was issued a summons Monday at 9:10 a.m. for unlicensed dog, city police said.

Benjamin B. Ramsey, 30, of 1915 Jay St., was arrested Sunday at 1:18 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for a probation violation. Ogdensburg police took him to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

Lacy B. Burke, 34, of 11 Mill St., was cited Sunday at 8:12 p.m. for unlicensed dog. David R. Redmond Jr., 38, of 816 S. Water St., was ticketed for dog causing damage to personal property.

City police said their dogs were involved in a fight.

Alfred G. McDonald, 57, of 506 Cedar St., was ticketed Sunday at 3:53 p.m. for dog at large, city police said.

Alyssa J. Douglas, 25, of 502 Grove St., was arrested Saturday at 8:50 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for failure to appear. City police turned her over to the county sheriff’s department.

Ogdensburg police cited several people Saturday for open container violations.

Steven E. Davis, 22, of 1101 Congress St., was charged at 2:26 a.m. at 721 New York Ave. and at 1:10 a.m. at Kozy’s bar, 723 New York Ave.

He was also charged with littering and fourth-degree criminal mischief in the later incident.

Benjamin R. Wenson, 23, of 511 Jay St., was cited at 1:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Oak St.

Jose M.C. Ortiz, 32, of 300 Wood Road, Lisbon, was cited Saturday at 11:35 p.m. in the 300 block of Morris Street.
