The following people were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Nicholas A. Sgorrano, 24, South Glens Falls, was charged by Potsdam village police with aggravated DWI at 3:23 a.m. April 29, when he was stopped for failing to signal a lane change on Main Street. His blood alcohol content was listed as 0.18 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Terry P. Holly, 45, Edwards was charged by state police at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday with aggravated DWI. He was stopped on County Route 24 in Edwards for inadequate traffic lamps and tested a BAC of 0.33 percent, troopers said.
■ Michael S. Worden, 30, of 21204 Pork Hill Road, Rodman, was charged by state police at 1:50 a.m. Saturday on North Main Street, Adams. He also was charged with failing to stop at a stop sign and not wearing a seat belt. His BAC was 0.12 percent, troopers said.
■ Patricia K. Parrish, 25, Fort Drum, was charged by state police at 2:07 a.m. May 4 on Route 3 in the town of Rutland. She also was charged with speeding, and her BAC was listed as 0.13 percent.
■ Lisa J. Lacey, 34, of 25383 Virginia Smith Drive, Calcium, was arrested by state police at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of felony DWI on Route 11 in the town of LeRay. She also was cited with refusal to submit to a breath test and crossing hazard markings. She is charged with a felony because she was convicted of DWI in August 2009 in Watertown City Court.
■ Jacob C. Hoover, 21, Hamburg, was charged by Potsdam village police at 4:13 a.m. May 3 on Clarkson access road. His BAC was 0.10 percent, police said.
■ John F. Odell IV, 20, Deerfield, also was charged by village police at 2:56 a.m. Saturday on Elm Street, Potsdam, with failing to obey a traffic sign. His BAC was listed as 0.15 percent.
■ Daniel N. Hrangi, 22, of North Babylon, also was charged by state police at 9:10 p.m. Saturday on Route 11 in LeRay with failing to keep right, making an unsafe turn and aggravated unlicensed driving. His BAC was 0.20 percent, police said.
■ Pedro J. Castillo, 23, of 435 S. Hycliff Drive, also was charged by state police with speeding at 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Route 11 in LeRay. His BAC was 0.11 percent, police said.
■ Kendra R. Gloden, 24, of 24730 County Route 96, Lorraine, was charged by state police at 10:52 p.m. Saturday on Route 3, LeRay. Police said her BAC was 0.17 percent.
■ Brandon C. Durham, 26, of Thomasville, N.C., was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies at 2:11 a.m. Saturday on State Street, Watertown, after he was allegedly observed going about 80 mph in a 30-mph zone. He was also charged with reckless driving, speeding and having an inadequate muffler. His BAC was 0.16 percent, police said.
■ Peter R. Young, 48, of 28271 Lotts Road, Three Mile Bay, was also charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with making an unsafe turn at 2:16 a.m. Sunday on Route 12E in the village of Chaumont. His BAC was 0.12 percent, they said.
