Cassie N. Remillard, 28, of 8606 Route 58, Hammond, was arrested Thursday at 10:35 a.m. for petit larceny. Ogdensburg police said she stole a purse from Connie Brais, of 620 King St., on May 17.


Harry C. Flagg, 60, of 312 Deviller St., called city police Thursday at 8:19 a.m. to report that his vehicle was damaged. Details were unavailable.


Spencer T. Davis, 21, of 219 Monroe Ave., told Ogdensburg police Thursday at 3:39 a.m. that he was hit by a vehicle outside his home that left the scene. Details on the vehicle’s identity and his injuries were unavailable, but police said he refused medical treatment.


Trevor M. Jamison, 17, of 721 New York Ave., was charged Wednesday at 2:10 p.m. with a graffiti violation, which city police said occurred in the 700 block of New York Avenue.
