WEST TURIN — Tammy Caplicki, 21, James Street, Constableville, was charged Thursday by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies with third-degree assault following a domestic incident earlier in the day on Route 26, town of West Turin.

She is accused of injuring Brandon Hull, 19, James Street, Constableville, during an argument and causing a 3-inch cut to his head that required stitches.

She was given an appearance ticket for West Turin Town Court.
