The International Joint Commission’s public comment period regarding the proposed BV7 water management plan for Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River ends today.

Based on public feedback, IJC will draft its final proposal — which will include a revised order of approval, regulation plan, adaptive management plan and governance structure — and hold formal public hearings before adopting a new set of regulations.
