■ HENDERSON HARBOR — The concert ensemble of the 10th Mountain Division band will perform at 1 p.m. Sunday at the former Mark Hopkins Performing Arts Center, County Route 123.

■ LOWVILLE — Lewis County will contract for up to $25,000 with the Paige Group, Utica, to develop a marketing plan for the county’s public transit system. The money will come from the state Department of Transportation.
