■ New York Now, a statewide public affairs program, will broadcast a story at 7:30 a.m. Sunday on WPBS about the International Joint Commission’s Bv7 water plan.

■ OGDENSBURG — The Elsa M. Luksich Municipal Pool will open for the summer at noon today. Hours for public swimming are noon to 8 p.m. seven days a week. Admission to the pool is 50 cents for children and $1 for adults.

■ FELTS MILLS — The state Department of Transportation will mill and pave a portion of Route 3 from the intersection of Routes 3 and 342 to the hamlet, a stretch of about three miles. Work should start and finish on Monday.
