GOUVERNEUR – Donald S. Ritchie, 83, passed away Monday at Canton – Potsdam Hospital. Calling hours are Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur. A celebration of life and burial will be announced at a later date in July.
