ROSSIE — Two Pennsylvania men were charged with reckless endangerment Saturday in Rossie.

State police responded to a call reporting gunshots near Yellow Lake. They found James E. Hegge, 57, of Honesdale, Pa., and Charles A. Tartaglione, 57, of Clarks Summit, Pa., firing a .22 caliber rifle at a beer can near Blue Pike Road.
