HENDERSON — Travis M. Partyka, 27, of 32223 Webster Tract Road, Theresa, was charged Sunday afternoon by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with public lewdness and disorderly conduct at Westcott Beach State Park.

Deputies said he was seen urinating and fondling his genitals in a parking lot about 4 p.m.
