Travis T. Paro, 27, of 170 Duffy St., is summoned to City Court to answer a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Watertown police charged him Monday on an allegation that early Tuesday he broke with his hand a mirror on a personal watercraft owned by Dori J. Janack, 22674 Lewis St., unit 36. The incident occurred at his residence, according to police.
