CARTHAGE-Ruth E. Moore, 86, formerly of the Avery Road, died Monday, June 18, 2012 at the Country Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carthage. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 1PM at the Church of the Nazarene in Carthage, Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00pm at the church. Burial will follow in Oswegatchie Cemetery, Oswegatchie. A full obituary will run in Wednesday’s paper. Arrangements are being handled by the Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. located at 500 State Street in Carthage.
