Pete’s Restaurant, 111 Breen Ave., will be sold by longtime owner Thomas P. Costanzo this fall.

Mr. Costanzo, who owned the restaurant for 42 years, will turn the eatery over in September to chef Geoffrey M. Puccia, who now works at the Italian-American Civic Association. The lease for the deal is expected to be signed this month.
