DWI - HOPKINTON — Canton-based state police charged Albert F. Cheney, 66, of 74 Pickle St., Potsdam,was charged at 5:16 p.m. Monday with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Cheney was stopped on Needham Road and had a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent, troopers said.
