SANDY CREEK — James W. Martin, 30, of 2026 Harwood Drive, was charged Tuesday by state police with second-degree menacing on allegations that he threatened his brother with a baseball bat.

The incident involving Jeffery J. Martin, 33, of 4136 County Route 22, was reported to troopers shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday.
