Two men were charged with disorderly conduct by Watertown police in unrelated incidents late Wednesday and early Thursday.

Raymond E. Cooley Jr., 26, of 200 William St., was cited after he was involved in a fight with an unidentified man in the 100 block of William Street, police said.

Nathan J. Smith, 20, of 66 Anthony St., Alexandria Bay, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of State Street, where police said he was shouting and ignored orders to quiet down.
