MASSENA — Two Massena men were charged by state police around 10:30 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny.

Christopher J. Durand, 33, of 101 Andrews St., Apt. 4, and Jeremiah D. Deshane, 28, of 101 Andrews St., Apt. 5, are accused of stealing scrap metal behind Seaway Timber Harvesting in Louisville.
